As for mobile devices, it is not only the iPad raising these concerns about unmanagability and individuality. I have heard many IT department people say that they cannot let their company's employees have Windows phones for the same reasons - even though in Finland we don't even have a culture of the super-managed BlackBerries (they don't exist here, we have Nokia).
